Im 26 years old and i have roughly 6 years of personal experience in the fields of remodelling and house maintennence, including: interior/exterior finish carpentry, roofing, shingling, clapboard, basic framing, interior/exterior painting, landscaping, drywall from start to finish including strapping if needed, basic home electrical knowledge, complete window and frame repair/rebuild/reinstallation as well as antique style window pane and sash repair/glazing/installation, cabinetry installation, counter fitting and installation including installation of all types of custom kitchen appliences, wall and floor tiling and even custom furniture fabrication/repair and built-ins such as bookcases and entertainment centers just to name a few! If its something im confident i can take care of skillfully and efficiently, we can then set up an appointment for a walkthrough and more detailed assessment. Once this stage is completed i can formulate a detailed estimate including a step by step summary of the process(es) involved in the job as well as present competitive estimates for you to compare. If you choose to move forward we can then draw up a contract, if desired, and discuss the materials deposit and job downpayment.
